We ordered this direct from the Heartland factory through a dealer and took delivery October 2020. It has very few miles in the last year an a half with one trip to Florida and one trip out to California.
It has undergone an interior renovation on a professional level, all cabinets were sanded and top quality Sherwin Williams paint was used on all painted surfaces. The walls, ceiling and cabinets were painted with a professional paint sprayer which left an amazing finish that you can see…and every seam was caulked before painting. We also installed LVP Flooring throughout the entire RV, even the toy hauler room. Also built a custom floor extension to cover the ramped floor in back room, adding almost 2 feet of usable level space. Check our Instagram to see the amount of work that went into this rig. This is the 3rd RV that we have owned and renovated. The rear toy hauler room has not been painted yet. We were waiting for kids to move out before renovating it.
The only reason we are selling it is because we no longer need this much space since our two oldest kids have moved out recently. So, time for a different setup for our travels. We have LOVED this RV and if you have seen the 4006 you know that this is one of the top toy hauler layouts on the market.
